Sales quotes to orders without retyping

Quotes belong before stock moves. Keep the customer-facing step in the product so accepted lines become orders, not another spreadsheet.

  • Quote lifecycle

Create a draft quote, mark it sent when the customer has it, then accept or reject. Valid-until dates help your team close stale offers.

  • Convert to a sales order

When a quote is accepted, convert once to a draft sales order. Lines and partners carry over; adjust quantities before you confirm the order.

  • Fulfill and post

Confirm the sales order and fulfill into a shipment draft, then post when picked. Inventory updates in the same transaction as the post.

Stop reconciling spreadsheets.

Create a workspace, import or add master data, and post your first receipt or shipment to see totals align.
